Volunteer Roster

Volunteer for Band Camp shifts

The Band Camp form (distributed roughly one month before camp) contains a section where you can volunteer for Band Camp shifts and select your preferred times.  You can also volunteer to cover more than one shift, or overnight, and/or enlist a second volunteer.

Once all Band Camp forms are returned, the Band Camp committee will build the roster. This is a careful process of considering volunteer preferences while ensuring all shifts have adequate coverage. We will do our best to accommodate your shift preferences but please note that we will not be able to give everyone their first choice.

• This roster is a huge effort.  If you spot any errors, or things look incorrect, it is very possibly a manual keying error.   

• If you can no longer make your shift, it is your responsibility to swap with another parent and let us know at bandcamp@tps-pandc.org.au.

• Please note that parent helpers are not catered for, except for the parents on the overnight shifts.  Please ensure you bring any food you need with you.  Tea, coffee and water are available at the Dining Hall, if you have a free moment.  Please do not bring alcohol to CRU Galston, it is a CRU requirement.

• You will need to sign in and out of both CRU Galston (via the QR code) and Band Camp Central.  This is so that we can ensure all volunteers are logged and have the appropriate WWCCs.
