January school holidays: Ensure your WWCC applications have been submitted.
Monday 10 February: Camp Information, Forms and Letters distributed.
Monday 17 February: Final date for return of Camp Forms, Payment and Medical/Dietary Forms
Monday 24 February: Parent Information Session (Zoom)
Wednesday 5 March (or earlier): Notify OOSH and music tutors if your child attends on a Friday
Friday 7 March to Sunday 9 March: Band Camp!
The Band Camp costs include accommodation, food, tutoring and activities for the weekend:
$375 for the first child
$365 for the second and subsequent child/children (eg first child pays $375, second child pays $365, third child pays $365, ... etc)
$415 for Jazz Band students

Note that the payment for Band Camp is separate to the Band Contributions that will be invoiced in Term 3.
