It is essential that your Band Camp Form is submitted on time to allow us to provide these details to CRU Galston - it is always a really tight timeframe, and we appreciate your support in getting this done quickly.

Key Dates for Forms and Payment

January school holidays: Ensure your WWCC applications have been submitted.

Monday 2 February: Camp Information, Forms and Letters distributed. 

Monday 16 February: Final date for return of Camp Forms, Payment and Medical/Dietary Forms

Monday 23 February: Parent Information Session (Zoom)

Wednesday 2 March (or earlier): Notify OOSH and music tutors if your child attends on a Friday

Friday 6 March to Sunday 8 March: Band Camp!

Band Camp Costs

The Band Camp costs include all accommodation, meals, instrument tutorials, band rehearsals and activities for the weekend.

• $375 for the first child 

• $365 for the second and subsequent child/children (eg first child pays $375, second child pays $365, third child pays $365, ... etc)

• $415 for Jazz Band students

Note that the payment for Band Camp is separate to the Band Contributions that will be invoiced in Term 3.

In the unfortunate event you do have an ill child we will have compassionate grounds for your Camp associated fees so please ensure your child is well at the commencement of camp.
